Local government redundancy-reduced hours over years

Hi all I am looking for a bit of advice.
I have been employed by the council for 7yrs.
Originally for 3 years I worked 25 hours per week, after maternity I reduced my hours to 10hrs.
Last year I found a job in a school, but my council job wanted me to stay, so I agreed to work 4hrs per week term time only.
This week the director spoke to my team explaining there will be possible redundancies for the whole team, and redeployment will be virtually impossible for me as I do few hours at term time only.
My question is will my redundany just be based on the 4hrs per week I work now, or does the hours I worked in previous years be taken into consideration when they make their calculations?
