can anyone help i have had quotes from 3800 to 15,000 pounds for my sons car insurance he is trying to do it properly and start with his own car i am so frustrated i have tried the ones on this website but their quotes, with a tracker are around 5,000

There was a thread I read the other day and it was about young drivers and a certain insurer was mentioned(decent quotes were offered form elephant) which I believe was elephant but I could be wrong0
