Using Napster with new Creative Zen micro

I bought a Creative Zen micro 5gb last week. Have signed up for Napster to Go free trial but am prompted to download firmware update before I can drag all the tracks straight onto the zen without having to purchase.
Have updated firmware but still have this problem, also get a message stating that Napster to Go doesn't support the Creative Zen micro which I've bought but yet in the support pages it says that this mp3 player is supported by Napster.
Has anybody else had these problems? Please help....
