    Not enough information.

    How much is the car?

How much will you be prepared to pay for credit?

    Whats your target interest rate?

    Whats your credit history like?
  • Is it a new car? Manufacturers often offer good finance deals.

  • Loan or credit card? There is a third option: saving up and buying outright which would be the best approach.

If you go down the route of borrowing, have you allowed for the cost of insurance, maintenance etc, taking into account your monthly outgoings will be increasing by your car loan payment.
