Should I tick signup to newsletter/third party etc

Hi, I am new to this comping world and so far I have been ticking not to receive newsletters or information form third parties etc, does this limit my chances of winning does anyone know?

Also if I created a second facebook account for competitions and use that to like and share would I also be limited?

Signing up or not signing up should make no difference whatsoever

There has been numerous discussions about second facebook accounts as having more than one account is against facebook terms and conditions. If you have a fake account and get caught you can risk having both accounts shut down. Personal choice at end of the day but you will find many advise you not to bother with a second account (and strictly speaking like and share comps are ALSO against facebook terms and conditions) I have one Facebook account which i use for everything, comping included. I have separated my friends lists but personally I only enter anything on facebook that has a proper entry form method not the like and share comps, and anything posting on my wall from those comps is only seen by my comping friends

I always tick no to emails/promotional information & I have won twice in just a few weeks, so don't think it matters. Good luck!
