Hi everyone,
I was wondering if one of you clued up people can help me?
I want to make sure I am not missing out on any benefits I can claim in the following situation:-
I work 20 hrs per week and earn less than £14K
My partner who I live with became a full time student on 20/09/2012
The first thing I did was contact our local council to start claiming a 25% council tax discount, but are there any other hidden benefits we could claim for?
Any ideas and info would be gratefully received...
Cheers,
Wayne

Do you have any children? I don't think you work enough hours for tax credits to apply but I'm sure someone with more knowledge on this can clarify. Is there any reason why you only work 20 hours a week?DMP Mutual Support Thread member 244
