Can anyone suggest a way of downloading and saving flash videos please? I am particularly interested in the ones on this page.

Thank you Chuckles. I found the file in Local Settings\temp rather than temporary internet files but my problem now is how do I keep it?

As soon as I close the flash player window the file is deleted. I have tried changing the properties to read only but it makes no difference. I have also tried copying it to somewhere else but Windows won't let me as it is in use.

If you use the Firefox browser, you can add an Extension which handles this. Can't remember the name of it right now. I'm sure someone will pipe up.

Ive just loaded up the page and watched the video. Just go to temp internet files and copy the file and paste it wherever you want to. If it's not already an flv file then add the extension .flv to the file name. You'll need a flv player to watch the video.
