money missing fom my bank..who are these

hello i just checked my bank and found £43 odd missing, it has gone to
TOMMY-AG-ST SOLUTIONS-BEL
does anyone know who or what they are as i have not done any transactions with this account....i cannot phone bank either as puppy has chewed up my phone wires....thankyou

    And you can't use a mobile phone or ask a neighbor if you can use there phone or even use a public telephone box?

    AG means a German company , TOMMY probably means Tommy Hilfiger who are a German company http://uk.tommy.com/Terms-Conditions/CS_TERMSCONDITIONS,en_GB,pg.html

    ST SOLUTIONS appears to be an ecommerce company (who may have something to do with the Tommy Hilfiger online shop)

    so it is looking like goods ordered from the Tommy Hilfiger online shop :idea:

    What sort of transaction is it? DD? SO? BACS? Debit Card?

    My guess is Tommy Hilfiger's online store but having never ordered I dont know what it shows on the statements

    Can you not go in branch and ask if you have no phones?
