Trying to understand southern Electrics gas bills

I am on the standard tariff supplied by southern electric and, I dont fully understand why it is my prices charged seem different to the ones in which they quote on their website http://www.southern-electric.co.uk/Forms/displayPrices_results.asp
I pay quaterly cash
my bill reads
nov 2006 to Dec 2006
683kwh = £3.60
1152 kwh =£2.26
January 2007 to Feb 2007
459kwh =£3.43
774.53kwh = £2.53

I am trying to find out what the chargable rates were for this period Ive had correction bill after correction bill where they have over estimated and credited .On their website for my area (northwest UK) the prices per kwh
are £2.33?
I do not pay gas transporter pipline charges
are there any southern electric gas customers reading this that could check what their kwh unit charges were for Nov to Dec and Jan to Feb?
I would be very greatfull as I am confused by their website information
I know that the information on the website relaites to March of this year

The rates probably do not match up because (a) each kwh is charged in pence not pounds and (b) the rates on their website are the new (lower) prices, not the ones from December last year.
