hi i was wondering does anyone no when you apply for a subject access request how far back can they give you statements for on a credit card i need it from 1999-2003?? as i have apply for a ppi from santander and they need proof before they can pay me out

6 years max, they also dont have to refund any further backDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

For a SARs request they must provide ALL the data they hold in a structured manor.
The problem is that providers don't hold data indefinitely and even before its destroyed it may be put on microfiche or such which means it doesnt come under the definitions.0
