Hi all, hopefully someone can help. I bought an item on ebay but did not receive it. The seller was rude and unhelpful and eventually I had to go through the res centre to get a refund. I left a negative feedback, it was not rude and did not contain any swear words etc however it would seem that the feedback has been removed by ebaty without any contact with me at all. How can I contact ebay to get this negative put back? It is not the 1st neg this member received so why has mine been removed? The seller lied throughout and ignored my emails. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. Thankyou

In any of your messages to the seller did you mention leaving feedback or even slightly hint that you may leave negative.
Or did you mention had to open a case in your feedback.0 -
As above, during your correspondence with the seller, did you mention feedback at any point, particularly leaving negative feedback? If you did, then they can get Ebay to remove the negative, as this would be deemed to be feedback extortion.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
