But its through Google Wallet.....dont know much but apparently they hold the buyers cash until given permission to transfer it to seller....
Just to be clear, what you are descibing (a third party holding the cash until you are happy) is an Escrow service.
Google Wallet do not offer an escrow service - as shown in bold half way down on this google page:
