How much Tax/Child Credit?

Hi

I friend of mine is on a high paid job but is thinking of calling it a day (as soon as his mortgage is paid off). He has seen 2 less paid and less stressful jobs he's thinking about applying

Now the 2 jobs he's seen are:

1. £16,000 - Fulltime
2. £22,000 - Fulltime

He has 2 kids (7 and 10 years i think) and his question is - how much Tax and Child Credit could he get based on these figures.

Just ballpark figures is what he's after.
