credit card ppi

hi i have a tsb credit card didnt know it had ppi on it anyway had to finish work due to illness have put a claim in for it can i still apply for missold ppi as i didnt know i had it am i allowed to claim both

    You would have to have a reason for reclaiming the PPI, do yu have a provable one.

    If yu can and your claim is successful, there would be a payment less any money paid out to you on your previous claim.

    So you took out PPI and then used that insurance, and now you want to claim that you were mis-sold that insurance?

    If you have actually used it, then surely it wasn't mis-sold?
  • As per the previous post, if you used the PPI policy when you became ill, it suggests the policy was suitable for your circumstances, therefore it would not seem to have been missold.
    But your post also seems to suggest you were unaware you had PPI, in which case how could you make a claim?

    I just can't get my head round how you can claim on the PPI, then in the same breath ask, if you can claim it back as you say you did not know you had it....

    I think defraudung is a word that springs to mind here...
