Just opened a Nationwide flex acc with a VISA debit card (thankfully not the cash card +) and wondered who else has the VISA debit card or cash card + with a 5 year expiry? What does this mean? Seen as a potential good customer?
With my previous bank its always been a 3 year expiry!

May be standard for the Flex account - mine runs 2010 to 2015.0

How would they know you'll be a good customer if you've just opened up an account.0 -
Just looked at mine, also 5 years on Nationwide. Whereas my other Bank cards are all 3 years.
Must be the norm for them!!!

Same for mine and was with my last one too. My new one goes from 2012 and expires in 2017.Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:0

Friends (married couple) just popped in, they got a joint Flexaccount they rarely use, with a debit card each, start date 11/08, end date 11/13. A cool 5 years again.0
