npower dd/dual fuel discounts

Been with npower for just over a year now, and have just got my latest gas bill which shows a £15 'Direct Debit Bonus Discount'. As I have both my gas and elec with them I am in line for the £60 discount which they had told me before would all be discounted on the elec bill. Has something changed?

I also notice that they will increase the annual discount to £80 which is made up of the following - £20 DD discount, £20 dual fuel discount x 2 (elec and gas). I take it from this they will now equally spread the discounts between the 2 fuel statements?

Hi humfer, I have just received my 4th quarters gas bill from npower (ie I have been with them a year now) and there was no mention of a DD discount!
I am awaiting my 4th El bill (next week) and am hoping that my £60 or £80 discount is on that one.
Keep us posted if you enquire from npower what is going on.

Iam abot to move into my new home soon, the supplier at the moment is powergen. However i will be using dual fuel would ypu recommend i change to Same supplier as you?

p.s can some one please inform me how to use this site Correctly as im not sure how to go on the Chat or how to access or even reply to the Questions i have been posting... yes im not PC COMPATABLE yet ha ha

I will be honest with you here. Npower have been a complete nightmare, having sent me incorrect bills, changing my tariff, stopping my direct debits, and even closing and reopening accounts on the same day! Now having said that I have heard plenty of stories of other suppliers so I guess it all depends on luck. I am just waiting for the £60 to be credited to my accounts so that I can then look elsewhere

I will wait for my elec bill as well before enquiring further. My experience with npower over the last year suggests that their computer system has a mind of its own and no doubt my £15 credit onto the gas statement is a mistake. I was always under the impression that the £60 gets credited to the elec account so who knows....
