I'm sorry if this is in th wrong place or been done before!!! be nice to me, I'm new!! :cool: 
I'm in debt, to be fair I don't know ecactly how much by, but I know it's more than £5000 (HSBC).
I've heard about IVAs and wondeed if anyone could explain it for me. I've been told they AREN'T bankruptcy but a way of paying debts off, other than that I can get much info on them!
Any info welcome!
