help with a rapid reclaim

I applied online for an appt yesterday as they say you cant phone any more. It treated me as a new claim not a rapid reclaim.

they text me to say that the appt was on Monday morning.They will be thinking I am a new claim. Shall i just turn up and say mistake its a rapid reclaim or do i need to try and get in touch and say actually its a rapid reclaim.

When things go computerised its suppposed to make things easier.

I can't remember how the part that you fill in online puts it, but when you turn up to the appointment they will have it on their system when you signed on & off last.

But I don't think it makes a difference whether it is rapid reclaim or new claim, does it?

i think maybe i shouldnt have had to answer all the questions i did online it says rapid reclaim is quicker.

I may have been given a sooner appt i think as well.
