                    Hi.
I am selling a DVD on Ebay. Yesterday i got an email from someone saying they had bid on the DVD, but then realised i dont send internationally, and she is in Spain.
She asked if i would post the DVD to a UK address instead of her Spanish address. I said 'no', i only send to paypal addresses.
Anyway, later on that day, she was outbid, so i didnt think anything else of it.
There was a mad bidding frenzy right at the end of the bid...and guess who won it? Yep, thats right, the Spanish person.
She has always had 0 feedback...but when she won the bid, i had a look on her ebay profile, and all of a sudden she had got 1 feedback at 11.03am this morning (my bid ended at 11am)..talk about coinsedence!
So, now what do i do? Can i refuse to sell to her?

A friend of mine had the same situation. Sorry for my lack of specific knowledge but I think there is away to void the transaction, or relist the item. I would email the buyer and explain that you already said that you would only post to paypal address etc and try and void the transaction.0

You can refuse to sell but you run the risk of a neg and trashing of the stars.
Why don't you read the postage sticky, it will help you decide whether you really want to ban other countries and there is a bit that will help you set your preferences, so that international bidders cannot bid.0

            Thanks.
I am 100% sure that i dont want to send abroad. But i also am worried about getting negative feedback, as my feedback at 100%!
I dont get it, why bid if they know i wont send!?0

Well if they can bid then some just do. You have to set your preferences to disallow it.0

 This.
Buyers don't always read. Some buyers think that well, its tough if I win they have to send or I'll neg them.
If you don't want to ship overseas set your preferences to reflect that.0

Why don't you just send it to the UK address as requested?0

Yes, I missed that bit in the OP.
OP, the buyer can add their UK address to the checkout when they pay, so it will come through to you as 'OK to send' and then have the address.
Are you sending with tracking? If you aren't then you are worrying over nothing anyway.0

Well, she paid straight away and provided me with a UK address, which is a business in Yorkshire.
Think i was getting a bit worried over nothing, sorry guys 0 0

Is that address verified in Paypal? Does it say Ok to ship?0

It will be a couple of quid item. It's not worth the sweat.0
