Gourmet society, 3 months free or 75p martins newsletter

Worth checking whats near you, in my case, the local pub, the local indian and one of the best seafood places near me.

Most are 25% off a meal, many dont allow weekends and some you can only use it at once. But still a good deal for free if you have a phone that downloads or 75p for a postal card.

  • Are you sure that's right?

I've been a Gourmet Society member for quite a long time and I'm pretty sure the offer you've mentioned is actually 25% off the total bill even drinks Have a check of the website just to make sure though.

  • I ordered 1 for 75p but thought it was for 50% off food like a Tastecard! :(

It is good it includes drinks but I don't drink much but like to splash out on starters and nice mains when its 50% off

oooops , just read it properly & it looks like some DO offer the 50% off or 2 for 1 so I'm happy now lol

( Edit ; Not as good as a Tastecard as my family's favourite restaurant is only 25% off , but for 75p can't go wrong )

I tried to use mine with the app in a restaurant last week and was told I needed a card as well. The T&Cs in the app say you need a card as well but I didn't pay the extra 75p.

Has anyone else come across this?

Sorry about the lateness in replying.

I used the app to download the two month deal from a railcard. I didn't give any card details but the app shows the name and membership number.

Anyway, I used it at an Indian Restaurant in Fulham last week and there was a right discussion as I did not have an actual card. In the end they did accept the app but it was touch and go.
