Using credit card to pay nursery bond/deposit

Hi all
I am about to reserve my child a place at a local nursery. They require a bond (refundable) and deposit (non-refundable) to be paid to reserve the place. I have been told I can pay by credit card.
I am about to receive the capital one aspire world card, so was wondering if I could use this to get 5% CB - i.e. would this be treated as a purchase or as a cash advance?
Thanks

well to be honest you are best asking the nursery its self to see how they put that payment through, as any answers given here will not be as accurate as an answer coming from the nursery0
