Ordered tickets for Slash on Thursday at the 02 in London back in August.

The tickets never arrived but it says on their website that you must wait until 5 days before the event before calling them up. So I thought it was perfectly normal not to receive the tickets till right before the event.

I duly waited and having still not received the tickets enquired as to what had happened.

According to them, the tickets were sent and "received" back in August. They did however concede that the address confirmed by the courier was incorrect, but that they had taken a picture of my front door and this was correct.

They can not issue new tickets as the promoters at the venue don't allow it, and don't even seem willing to offer a refund?

They say they can give me the address that the courier seems to have delivered to and want me to pop round and see if they are there?

I honestly don't know what's happened to the tickets but I don;t want to have to go round to some strangers house in the hope that they still have some mail for me from 3 months ago?

Surely I am entitled to a refund in such a situation?

Call them up. Have those ones cancelled and then collect the reprinted ones on the night at the box office.

Thats the standard thing to do. you need to call 24hrs before the event.

Well, is going to be hard to fight for those tickets, mostly because time has passed by... so good luck!!

Ahem the tickets were with my neighbour, arrived while i was on holiday and he just forgot.
