The Daily Mail has teamed up with SalonAddict.co.uk to offer one lucky Daily Mail reader a year’s worth of free hair and beauty treatments worth almost £2,000 at any of the SalonAddict.co.uk salons.

Terms: All entries must be received by midday on Tuesday October 16, 2012. All entrants must be over 18 and residents of the UK. Subject to availability. No cash alternative available. For Daily Mail terms and conditions, visit www.dailymail.co.uk/promotions. The winner has £150 per month to spend on any treatments that are available on any salons on the SalonAddict.co.uk website. The winner will be provided with a code to book and must book one day in advance and notify SalonAddict of the booking, by sending the confirmation email to the SalonAddict team. SalonAddict will arrange for pre-payment of the service so that the winner only needs to turn up. If a preferred salon is not on the SalonAddict platform, the winner may request from their salon that they register with SalonAddict. However, SalonAddict cannot guarantee that any salon will join and be available to participate in the prize. In the event that the winner does not turn up for an appointment without providing 1 days’ notice of cancellation to SalonAddict, the winner will forfeit that amount of treatment value. In the event that the winner wants to spend more than the allotted £150 per month, her/she may pay for any excess. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. In the event that the winner does not use the full £150 in any given month, it may not be carried forward to a subsequent month. The winner must write a review on the SalonAddict website after each service.
