Red marks on car

I have some red marks on my car, the marks are from a traffic i brushed passed, what could i use to remove the marks, it should be easy should it not as the cones are plastic

Try T-Cut or some petrol, white spirit or Bug & Tar Remover on a cloth. All will work and won't do any harm to your paintwork.

Drive further away from the cones next time!
