I get it whenever i've been on a pressurised/noisy transport. Eurostar, old noisy trains, and planes
I had a really bad attack about 2 years ago and have had recurrences ever since. I am uncomfortable in pressurised environments but in all honesty I think mine is triggered by stress:(
Still, am starting to feel better and hope to be back at work Monday:)
I hope you are doing OK - as StokieBecks said, the Inn is very friendly but it can be hard to venture in when you are fairly new:o"If ever there is a tomorrow when we're not together... there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we're apart... I'll always be with you. "

Main advice is to rest but not really sure how you do that:cool:
My hublet has had labyrinthitis a couple of times. It's horrible. I really feel for you. Last time he literally fell over in the bathroom. He takes travel sickness pills when he gets this, and says it helps. I'm not pretending to be 'medical' at all, but perhaps worth asking a pharmacist? Wish you well Hun XI am brave, I am bruised
I am who I'm meant to be
I'm not scared to be seen
I make no apology

I third the Inn idea - they're all really friendly and don't flame you when you get your Mondays and Tuesdays all mixed upYou'll have to speak up; I'm wearing a towel0

My doctor prescribes something called Stemetil but actually sea sickness tablets seem a great idea.:A"If ever there is a tomorrow when we're not together... there is something you must always remember.
