Lonely compers chat please?

Hi,

I've just been signed off sick for a while, things not going well. There usually friendly folks on here so I thought I'd start a thread.

Anyone else home alone, lonely / bored?

    I'm home alone!!

Keeping myself busy with comping, been out for a walk, and about to have a long hot bath with a good book ... so my day isn't going too badly!

    How are you? Still bored?!

yes i'm home alone with a broken wrist so shuffle up the sicky sofa

even comping is hard work as its slow with left hand. my friend was coming round to see me but she's ill now with a bad cold.

:grouphug: (always think group hug looks rude)

Ive got a big black leather corner sofa, so budging up. :P

Yes still bored, but its more feeling lonely. Pick up my son at 5, so have to walk at 4.30 (not allowed to drive, so i would assume that means i shouldnt cycle with child seat on my bike)

Main advice is to rest but not really sure how you do that:cool:

I get it whenever i've been on a pressurised/noisy transport. Eurostar, old noisy trains, and planes

I'm home because my hubby is unable to work & I have health issues myself (body of a 70 year old but mind of a 30 year old) Would love a job that would allow me to sit/walk when necessary allow me unlimited time off sick when my arthritis plays up & pays $40k a year
