Advice Needed

Hi guys,

I hope I have the right forums for one of the things I'm going to ask.

Firstly, I appealed against my ESA decision in June 2011, they were trying to say I came away from the medical with 0 points so fit enough to work, but when my solicitor challenged this they then gave me 9 points... It took the DWP 4 months to send my appeal to the tribunal service who have now had it since September 23rd 2011, so I've been waiting for over a year, is there anything I can do to get them to pull their fingers out of their bums and to sort my appeal out?

Secondly, I'm trying to move out of where I live due to it being at the top of an hill and not being able to manage and also having ASBO neighbours who have caused me nothing but mental stress since I moved in 4 years ago, I've now been offered to go and look at another property on Friday BUT I have a dilemma, if I like the property and want to accept it, I have no money for removals, I can't get a social fund loan as I'm up to my limit on that, so is there any other kind of help that I can get? I really don't want to go down the road of loaning from a doorstep lender as I'm already paying one of those off.

Thanks in advance all.

Kerrie

I guess no one knows then! :O hehe

Just a quick update, I've now been told that I'm top of the list for my tribunal, but the person I spoke to is trying to get them to do both my ESA and DLA tribunals in one :/ She said that the September 2011 appeals done in August so it shouldn't be long now.
  • Well to be honest I sort of felt a bit freaked out when she told me that, as it is I suffer with depression/anxiety/agoraphobia lol, so going to a normal ESA one which I did in 2011 (I won that one) was bad enough, but putting both together *judders*

I've actually got a legal rep who I won't be going to again because I've used them for all my tribunals and I kid you not I've had about 5 or 6 different people deal with the cases because the one at the time who was working on it left, in fact that's the same for all but my current one! lol.
