vaillant ecotec plus 824 boiler wont top up/ repressurise

I have a vaillant ecotec plus 824 boiler and it was serviced almost 2 weeks ago. It was topped up when it was serviced and 7 days later it shut down again f75 and had to be topped up, now 6 more days on its shut down again but after switching off and on at the wall again it will not let me top it up, no water is flowing when taps are turned. Its showing 0.6 bar

Oddly it seems to allow emptying of the pressure, I accidentally turned the left tap as I look at it to closed by mistake and turned the right one to open and this seemed to empty water, I heard it running and the bar went down further from 0.7 to 0.6

I have no heating, no water and no shower as it is run off the systen on gas so I'm in a mess

pics of the underside of the boiler & the taps you are turning on & off would be helpful, plus if it was only serviced two weeks ago & you have already had two pressure drop probs i'd be getting him back
