I have been having problems with Rayburn for 10 years the boilers always leak
no.1 installed 03.09.96 leaked 04.01.98 had to have a complete new Rayburn
no.2 installed 16.01.98 leaked 29.05.01 had another new Rayburn
no.3 installed 13.06.01 leaked 11.03.07 the boiler had split on the weld
Boiler replaced in this one 22.03.07 at the cost of £480 as a gesture of good will from Rayburn! the cost should have been a £1000
I had to pay the instalation costs of the second 2 Rayburns and have now spent a extra £1000 on these cookers .We get left without heating and cooking for 2+ weeks and Rayburn only replaced the cookers after hours of me arguing with them on the phone they are difficult to deal with I have written to the chairman and cheif exec but they wont reply
I am not the only person this is happening to One man has had to pay them £3000 to get another cooker Rayburn know there is a fault with this model but wont admit it
Has any one else had the same problem or any ideas how to deal with this?
