Board Stickies

If we could have stickies for this board eg threads on specific topics that remain at the top of the front page so that new members could find a thread and central point for links and info etc what topics would you suggest.
Hopefully MSE might decide to adopt some as we need some stickies to make it easier for everyone.
I'll start with
Cancellation Charges - rough summary of what they are and where to find the rates applicable to the poster along with relevant links eg to the Ombudsman's view on cancellation charges.
Written off vehicles - rough summary of the different processes eg own insurer, direct with third party and claims management co. Explanations on how valuations are worked out and how to negotiate amount along with Ombudsman link on write offs.
