Presumably EDF have fully explained the reasons as they are obliged to do?

you might want to watch your monthly payments to EDF.
I'm currently in credit to the tune of £416, their assessment of my monthly cost is £52 - and they've set my d/d at £70/month!
Ive just recently submitted my meter readings and a bill has been generated,im now up to date with bills and are £273 in credit,yet edf have raised my dd from £59 to £92,ill leave this for now as winter coming up but they do raise dd alot imo0
