Picture Financial ppi, SAR help

Hi everyone and thanks for reading,
I've just woken up to the fact I can try and reclaim ppi from picture financial. I took out the loan in april 2005 and it was settled by july 2007. it was 35k plus around 6k insurance, i paid 400 per month for that duration and it still cost over 40k to settle. Fab!! not.
My issue is this, i've not got any details beyond the direct debits which show on my bank account statements.
The firm is in default and claims are through FSCS, but i'm concerned i will be shortly asked for comprehensive details that i don't have available.
Does anyone know who i can send the data protection SAR letter to. I've seen Picture has a registered address for loans prior to 2008, but then have also read the picture acted as a broker for other lenders who could hold all my loan detail. I don't know if my loan was picture direct or not! I thre all the paperwork away after closing the door on a nightmare period in my life! Fool!!
If there's any chance you could point me in the right direction would be gratefully appreciated, or if you have any similar experience of what the FSCS need by way of hard detail.
Thank you for helping me out

I know it was 5 years ago that you paid this off but have you contacted your bank that the DD came out of to see if they still have the account number for the DD?, if you have online banking you may be able to find this yourself from your DD list, you could try getting your credit report, this should show the loan and who it was paid to and the last 4 digits of the account number, this may help the FSCS , give FSCS a call and ask about this, they may help you more.

Thanks amersall.
i've asked my bank for the account number for that old DD, so they will provide that shortly.
I've checked my credit report (only got the experian statutory ones) but funnily enough it doesn't detail the last 4 digits, just the from and to dates and the repayments status.
i just hope when fscs send the reclaim stuff, that i'll have sufficient detail to prove it was a mis-sell and at least get some of the huge 5yr premium i had to buy upfront.
I've no idea where fscs go to corroborate the reclaim but that's what i wanted to do too....i.e. see what Picture, or whoever they now are, have on file for me.
The one thing i remember about the phonecall to Picture was the advisor asking the constant question: how do you feel? i was like 'relieved..relieved' but looking back they were truly predators.
Thanks for replying i shall update this post with any significant development.

We don't include agreement numbers on credit reports as it's not part of the shared data. But if you need the agreement number and can't get it from the lender, raise a query with Experian and we'll see what we can do to help.
