    Ah OK - I see. Sorry but I'm off out now (well in six miunutes). No doubt someone else will be along to help you continue with this saga during the day. Seriously - put to him as gently as you can that it really is time to get someone in to run a ruler over the whole thing.

  • The boiler man suggested 18ri (we had a few quotes most recommended this boiler). Live in 3 bed end of terrace

    We had this problem for about a year when a dodgy plumber installed a new motorised valve. We could only run HW only or CH only and not both. Turned out when we had a new boiler fitted that the old duffer had wired the valve incorrectly.
