Hi

I just needed some help as I have just sold an item and in the listing I have it set to Immediate payment with Buy It Now,my question is how have they won it but not paid me?
This was a Buy It Now item.
I have contacted them but I have just had a message saying can I add tracking number, item number etc.

Thanks

Check your PayPal. I had this last week with half a dozen, they were all in the PayPal account, bar one, which had been reversed. All were sat in SMP awaiting payment. CS told me there was a blip....obviously it's ongoing.

Well, you wouldn't have a tracking number before posting it...

Not strictly true. I print my own. Royal Mail Tracked are self generated but my post isn't collected until the end of the day.
