plumbing quotes

If a plumbing company advertises no call out fees or hidden costs, should I have to pay £106 for someone to spend 10 mins in my house and tell me whats wrong and how much its gonna cost

You need to take it up with the company.
    Ask them to explain.

'No call out's does not mean that there is not a minimum charge. In this case possibly £106 per hour...
If he drove 30m each way to get to you then it looks a little more reasonable. Was this a scheduled call or an emergency call out out of hours-the latter will cost much more.
What is the break down of the bill?
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
