Bathroom Quote,pls help..

Hi, All
Just got a quote and I dont know if this is ok,,this is my first quote though and I think I really have to get another 1 or 2,,but what can you say about this,,
The complete bathroom package:
• Up to four square meters of ceiling supplied and fitted complete with four down lighter spots.
• Up to 18 Square meters of tiles.
• New Mira zest 8.5kW shower unit or Thermostatic shower valve (bar type).
• Contemporary bath suite and taps.
• Up to 3 Square meters of tiles to floor.
• Electric under floor heating with digital controller.
• Heated ladder type towel rail (800mm*450mm)
All of the above supplied and fitted with all the waste removed!!
Total for this deal £2995.00
A deposit is required. Tile selections to be arranged.
Optional extras:
• Mixer taps, add £65.00
• Tiled bath panel, add £85.00
• Mono taps on basin with popup waste, add 65.00
• Extractor fan including coring out to exterior, add £135.00
• Linoleum flooring with out underfloor heating, subtract £90.00

Seems quite reasonable, when looking at my recent quotes.
I have a small en-suite shower room (approx 6ft square) - I want the ceiling plastered, 4 recessed lights fitted, new toilet/basin/shower cubicle fitted in the same place as existing ones, towel rail moved to a different wall, 16 sqm tiling, and floor tiled. Quotes so far have been £3500.00 and £2400.00 - labour only! ....and £7200.00 with everything supplied!0 -
