Skype via mobile?

A few questions from someone that's just downloaded Skype.

I understand that laptop to laptop calls, including video calls, (both users have Skype) is free.

But what about mobile phone to laptop or laptop to mobile..(both callers again have it)? Do you have to have some credit for this?

Skype to Skype is free,say you have an iphone and download the app and have internet connectivity on the phone then you can phone anyone on skype who is online.You only need credit if you want to ring a landline or mobile number.

Worth bearing in mind that Skype's facilty to call phones is in fact remarkably cheap (cheaper than for example a cal from most PAYG mobile phones would be, expecially to overseas numbers) Also that once you've used the service and spent all your credit, they seem to periodically offer you free access for a week.
When my son's iPhone was stolen, he simply used "Skype-out" (as the calls-to-phones service used to be called) until the insurance company provided a replacement.
