Hi ,my contract isn't up till April with tmobile but my phone is rubbish now
So I'm going to buy a 2nd hand I phone
A few questions please
Will my normal sim work in it? And I can just carry on with my t mobile contract at the same price
Obviously it would be t mobile or unlocked
Someone said that I would get charged data from apple as soon as I start using it?
Thanks for any help

Apple don't charge you for data, your mobile phone company do.
Depending on the model of phone, it may need a micro-SIM so your choice is to pay T-Mobile for one or get the scissors out and cut down the one you have.
Other than that, you'd carry on as normal but beware that the iPhone does use data for checking email, Facebook etc as any smartphone does.0 -
I'm not sure about phone contracts, so can't help you with that. I'm on O2 pay and go, and recently changed from a Sony Ericsson phone to an Iphone 4s. For that I needed to get a micro sim from O2 and swap my number over. I'm sure TMObile can send you a micro sim and transfer your mobile number over to new sim card.0

Just bought a brand-new-in-box 3GS for £160, going rate on Ebay. Refurbs are cheaper but I preferred a sealed box. SIM slotted straight in.
£160 doesn't get you much in Tescos, apart from that Huwauean thingy ....0 -

Where is head in hands man when you need him! Tesco do the Nokia Lumia 800 in store for £130 (£120 if a student)!! IMO, its at least as good as the 4s, head and shoulders over the 4, and utterly canes the 3gs. Plus you would have £30 left to spend on credit!
ah well.0 -
I had this exact same with vodafone last week, contract not up until April but my 2.5 year old 3GS just died. I phoned them and they reduced the 'buy out' to £10.50, so I bought my contract out and upgraded on the spot. Am busy playing with my lovely new 4S as we speak :-) Ask T-Mobile what they can do for you...0
