You will find them dead easy to deal with, BUT they may try to push you to consider am IVA (they did with me but I had reasons to reject).
They set up an online account for you , so you can check the payments made and also send them letters from creditors.

Yes, Payplan tried the same with me and they were VERY pushy in trying to get me to take an IVA which I knew wasn't right for me anyway as I'd done a bit of research before calling. They also tried to sell me all sorts of other stuff.
I went with CCCS in the end who are a charity. Each to his own though, many people are very happy with Payplan.Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free
