The first prize consists of two nights' accommodation at the St David's Hotel, Cardiff, on the 23rd and 24th November 2012 in an Executive Room, a bottle of champagne on arrival, £100 dinner vouchers to spend at the Tempus & Tides Restaurant, £125 spending money, complete prize winner management, all service charges and taxes included.
The winning participant will be responsible for their own travel arrangements to the St David?s Hotel and Millennium Stadium.
There are no age restrictions on tickets for the Wales v New Zealand game taking place on 24th November.
The first-prize winner or their guest must be aged 18 or over.
