Thanks, have spent all day chasing. Very distressed, seemingly no one has any answers0

Honestly if you are feeling desperate and distressed it might be time to think about pulling out or at least addressing your stress levels. It really is not that important, you have not exchanged contracts so this is not going to ruin your life.
Be sure you are getting at least 10,000 steps every day, preferably in the fresh air and daylight, as much as possible at a brisk pace. Research proves exercise helps with stress management.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
I just didnt anticipate it taking this long- I would have expected problems like this to have been raised much earlier than this- 14th july is when we had the offer accepted! I have tried calling everyone today, but all I can get is that the seller is waiting for her solicitor to talk to the land registry. Pretty daunting. Ive already threatened to pull out, pushing me
Over the edge stress wise0 -
Three months is far from unusual, many purchases take much longer and major problems can crop up right up to the day of exchanging contracts unfortunately. No house purchase is worth getting this stressed over, it's just a few bricks and a bit of land at the end of the day.
You honestly can make yourself long term sick which is not going to help you pay the mortgage! Get daily exercise, find some deep breathing or relaxation exercises on YouTube, eat a low glycaemic index mineral rich diet - all are proven effective at helping you manage stress.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
That's really good advice about dealing with the stress. Buying a house IS stressful, but this is very much in the category of "these things happen". I'm sorry if this sounds really patronising, and perhaps there's good reasons you don't want to mention here making you so desperate to move, but this really isn't something worthy of getting distressed about. It'll get sorted out.0
