I've been offered a 'free' deal on 3 for the year (upgrade without handset) but it would give me about half the allowance I currently get on the Direct Talker 1000 so would end up costing ££££s. Has anyone successfully got a discount on a month-by-month basis without the need to sign up to 12/18 month contract? The alternative is to get another cashback deal but they don't seem as good as they did a year ago!
