Serious error on laptop

Had this message for the last week on my laptop
system dll user 32 dll was relocated in memory application will not run properly
relocation ocurred because the dll c:/windows/system32 HHCTRL OCX occupied an address range reserved for windows systm dll's .the venodr supplying the dll should be contacted for a new dll.
tonight when i switched on the screen went blue,swithed itself off and rebooted and then got the msg saying serious error had ocurred .
i have not a clue what this message means and appreciate any help you can give me
