Opening/closing date & time:

· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and online via the www.itv.com website as stated in the ‘Loose Women’ programme (the “Programme”) on Monday 8 October 2012.

· Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 11.00 a.m. on Monday 15 October 2012 as stated in the Programme.

· Competition closes for entries online at 07.30 a.m. on Friday 19 October 2012.

Winner selection date:

Within 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

How to enter & cost of entry:

To enter this Competition, answer the competition entry question stated in the Programme, via:

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 63303 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. Each text costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.

· PRTS Phone - call 09012 931 941 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line to answer the competition entry question; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

Prize:

There is one prize consisting of:

a) Cash

A cheque for £9,000 (nine thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.

b) Giftcard

A giftcard to spend in participating Debenhams stores in the UK and online at www.debenhams.com worth £5,000 (five thousand pounds) (the ‘giftcard’). Please note that in Republic of Ireland, the giftcard may only be used in store. The value of any monetary balance of the giftcard may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. The giftcard cannot be exchanged for cash or for other vouchers, used as a deposit on a credit agreement, to settle Debenhams customer accounts or to purchase financial or travel services. No change will be given but the balance on the giftcard may be applied to future purchases. The giftcard must be used within 48 months of first use. In the event of 48 months of consecutive non-use, the giftcard will expire and any balance remaining will be deducted. Debenhams Retail plc cannot be held liable for giftcards once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged.
