Santander 123 Credit Card Application help

Hi guys,

Just wanted to ask a question to people who have applied for the 123 credit card. I applied for one during the weekend (via topcashback, therefore covering the annual fee) I filled in all the details required for the application, then upon submitting it it just closed the window. I didn't get a screen saying accepted, or pending, or declined. It just closed. Is this normal? Will i just get a letter in the post at a later date?

What has everyone else experienced during the application process?

IME, thats not normal.
I would (clear your cookies & cache) and apply again :beer:

I wouldn't re-apply. If you've already submitted it your just harming yourself getting one.

Would give it a week and if you've heard nothing ring them and see if they received your application.

Thanks for your replies guys. I got an email from santander welcoming me to the account today and it has appeared on my online banking so it appears all is well.
