Hi minister
I won my complaint with lloyds and my reasons were that I didn't know I had PPI and that the PPI has been front loaded.
From start to finish took 5 weeks and I didn't even get the illusive call asking for clarity on my reasons.

You would not have won the complaint on the reason you didnt know. Probably on front loading or another reason or as it was just 5 weeks, it may have been an auto payout.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
