Service Schedule for Nissan Micra

I have a X reg Nissan Micra K11 model, and it's done about 70,000 miles. On average, I do about 6,000 miles a year. It needs a full service shortly as it's not had one for about 4 years. Can anyone point me in the direction of a complete service schedule for the car please?

It just need`s a full service, find the cheapest local garage and book it in there.

Yep Oil and Filter change, plus air filter. Quick look at the plugs and the brakes and pads. The play it by ear (ie listen and watch for other problems)

Had a full service and mot carried out at a local independent garage. Mind you the car had not had a proper service for 4 years. Had to replace rear number plate and bulbs, off side front rod end, near side front outer cv joint and near side rear brake pipe and bleed brakes. Cost me £422 in total.
Definitely drives a lot smoother now. Previously when I was turning right at a junction, the near side front was rattling. This has now been fixed.
