No working tax credit

I got overpaid wtc of around £100, and I have been off work sick, and my pay has obviously stopped, but have still got a job. So should I ring and tell them, not to chase me for the money, and would I be entitled to WTC now.

Are you being paid or on ESA?

I am not sure you can claim working on one hand and out of work benefits on the other.

I know I was suprised as well, but you can. I was advised by my welfare dept. But I will have no other income from 16/10, so I am thinking as I am in work, just not well enough to attend. I am going to phone tax credits today and ask them.
    Strange situation.......
