    Why do they not want you to know and why would one want the number?

    It appears you've copied from this document http://www.dwp.gov.uk/docs/atos-contact.pdf

    But it looks like the numbers aren't to be provided to patients because they're the numbers for clinicians.... what am I missing?

    Thanks for the link, I copied it from another forum.
    I thought they want you to go to the expensive 0845 numbers and queue instead of getting through direct?

    They are very quick and thorough at responding to emails and I much prefer that as it leaves a 'paper' trail.

    I complained to Atos via email and was pleasantly surprised how quick and efficient the reply was.

    Shame the other aspects of their service don't match!

    Of the DWP, the tribunals service, and ATOS, Atos have been the most efficient and courteous in my case.
    Is this a high bar - well, no.
