Anyone got any reviews on them?I'm currently sat wondering whether to get the Spiderex from Amazon.
Apart from the false widows that we're plagued with around here I've had 7 of those giant brown spiders come in in the past week and they're terrifying me
Trying to pack ready for moving in a couple of weeks and I'm not going to get far while these evil spiders are present and running out at me.Wondering if there's a nest in the back garden as all seem to come in from the back end of the house

Conkers work for me, allegedly they don't like the smell.0

They are harmless, and eat the insects that you do not want. Try and appreciate them, they are beneficial.

I use the conkers, got loads of them in every room, all over my house. I hate them, cant even watch them on tv as im that scared  but since ive had about a hundred conkers in every space, have only had a few small ones
BUT....... (its not very money saving) I also keep my lights on in every room im using, so its not dark, especially during march/april and sept/oct when they are coming in and out of hibernation. I found that they used to always come out when it was dark, but not when light.~~~~~~~~~~~~:kisses3: "In Raising Your Children;" :kisses3:"Spend Half As Much Money n Twice As Much Time."0 -
I like the idea of a spider going round the house at night, eating up whatever I fetched in from the garden, or maybe crumbs on the floor. As long as it doesn't make too much noise or climb into bed with me.0

As others have said, conkers work a treat and they don't cost a penny. You just have to find your nearest conker tree.0
